Exchange Policy

At d'BELLA Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged item or need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange subject to the conditions outlined below.

The item arrives damaged or defective
The size received does not fit and an alternative size is available

Exchange is Not Available For:

Change of mind

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
Products without original tags and packaging
Discounted, promotional, or clearance items (unless damaged)

2. Exchange Request Period

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

Unused and unworn
Unwashed and unaltered
In their original condition
Returned with all tags attached
Packed in the original packaging

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not meet these conditions.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through d'BELLA Clothing are final sale.

We do not offer cash refunds or returns for refund purposes. Approved requests are eligible for exchange only.

5. Exchange Shipping Charges

Delivery and shipping charges apply to all exchange requests.

Customers are responsible for any applicable courier fees unless the exchange is due to a verified defect or an error on our part.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Processing may take longer if additional order verification is required.

Delivery Timeline Within Nepal

Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 business days
Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3–5 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times may be extended during festivals, holidays, and peak seasons.

International exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and additional shipping costs may apply.
